Refurbishments
Disney's map flags a place "closed for refurbishment" only in the present tense — the flag appears one day and vanishes another, and nothing official says when either happened. The daily captures keep both dates, so every refurbishment here says when its walls went up, how long they've stayed, and — for the finished ones — whether the place came back at all. The hours calendar separately publishes each closure's planned window, and the archive keeps every revision of that too — so a closure underway carries the date Disney says it ends, and one announced for next month is listed before its walls exist. Each name opens its full map history, and everything else the finder lists is browsable in Places.

Dates are capture dates: the archive reads Disney's map once a day, so "since" means the first morning the flag was up — the walls could have gone up the evening before. The archive's first capture was July 19, 2026, and nothing before it can be dated. The water parks are left off the observed lists entirely: Disney flags their seasonal winter closures with the same "closed for refurbishment" bit, and the map data can't tell a drained slide from one behind real walls. Announced windows are different — they come from the hours calendar, dated by Disney itself, so a water-park closure with a published window still appears under "Announced closures".
